Denver Sheriff’s Department 1980-1982. Worked as a Detentions Deputy in the Pre-Arraignment Detention Facility.
Colorado State Patrol 1982-2007

Served as a “Road Trooper” from 1982-1989. In 1989, transferred to the Executive Security Unit, providing personal protection for Governors Romer and Owens.
